How to export an Aura migraine report for an appointment

In Aura’s Insights, open Export and choose PDF report for a readable document or CSV data for a tabular export. Review the sensitive-information notice and the resulting file before choosing where to share it.
Export from Insights
The current Insights export passes episodes, medication dose logs, and daily context to the report service. The report buttons are unavailable when the screen has no report content. The export is initiated by you; generating a file does not automatically send it to a clinician.
- Open Insights and the Export menu.
- Choose PDF report or CSV data.
- Read the sensitive-health-information notice and continue if you want the file.
- Review the output and select a trusted destination in the share sheet.
Choose the right file
A report and a backup serve different purposes. Do not assume a CSV or PDF is a complete restorable copy of your app data.

For example: ‘These are the headaches I recorded this month. Some onset times are estimates. Could we review whether I’m recording the right information?’ This is more precise than asking the report to prove a trigger or choose a treatment.
Check the exported date coverage instead of assuming it matches the period visible in Insights. The current Insights action exports without an explicit date filter. Once you share a file, its handling depends on the destination you chose; Aura’s in-app storage protections do not control that copy.
